(IAI PLC) was laid in 2024, during a pivotal gathering of seasoned professionals in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. At this defining moment, respected veterans from the Minerals, Energy, and Maritime sectors recognized an urgent need; a unified, professionally governed platform capable of transforming strategic resources into sustainable economic value.
What began as a meeting of minds quickly evolved into a shared mission to build an institution that would drive industrial excellence, structured investments, and long-term socio-economic growth.
